I have owned many dinnerware sets over the years and always get tired of them, before I can break them. I eventually give them away. With Fiesta Ware, I find that I have not gotten tired of it. What is so wonderful, not only is practical for every day use, but as new colors come out and you add to your collection they complement each other and make a wonderfully colorful table whether you are setting a small table or a large group. If you do happen to break any, they can be replaced with any other wonderful color. The large pieces are displayed in my hutch and I get many complements on them. I use them every day as they are so practical as well as prety. Highly recommed.

I love these dishes! I just ordered my first set of Fiestaware from Amazon (in Cobalt Blue)& they are great! They have a nice heavy weight & so far have held up to daily use & dishwashing without a hitch. In a home with two small children to boot!Be warned, however, if any of your dishes arrive chipped or broken, you will have to return the entire set. Luckily, Amazon takes care of the cost of return-shipping. Make sure you are happy with the quality of the glaze & inspect for bubbles or ripples on the surface, as it does vary.

WOW! I always thought you get what you pay for... this is one of those rare few cases where you get a steal! The depth of color is amazing on the cinnabar set that we purchased. Because video cards and monitors are not identical and can be off in color and hue, purchasing something based on color is always a bit of a gamble. But I'm glad I took that gamble with the cinnabar set. It's not as deep of a red as cran berry juice per say... but probably closer to the skin of a red pomegranate or granada fruit. As for the quality of the pieces, it's exceptional for the price. It's been through our dishwasher about 10 times now and I can't see and damage or fading in color. They're so easy on the eyes that now we want to put in glass windows in our cupboards so we can see them. Not too shabby for the price! We look forward to acquiring more pieces and colors in the future... probably cobalt blue!... maybe pearl grey... what about plum... (sigh)

I placed 2 different orders for a total of 55 place settings of fiestaware, spread across 10 different colors. The dishes look great. Everything arrived quickly without any hassles & nothing was broken. People who expect to match color off pictures from the web aren't doing their homework. Check colors at local stores & you'll know exactly what you'll be getting. There are also a lot of websites with more pictures and detailed color descriptions.

We bought these because they were on sale, and it's hard to find black. At the start, they were suppossed to be temporary.
Then we bought extra plates, because we'd fallen in love with them. Not only are they classy and match the decor, but these are tough. I'm a klutz, and these bowls bounce right off of the floor, nothing broken yet, and coming up to a year.
My only complaint is the small size of the cups, and I about never use the saucers, but that's a matter of taste, and there are other sets available.
